Travelling after ILR

Post by masterji » Wed Aug 08, 2012 7:37 pm

Dear All
I got my ILR recently and will be travelling to India soon. Now they do not stamp the passport, they only give a biometric card, has anyone encountered any difficulties in Indian immigration or anywhere else when they dont see a stamp of the passport? Also, when you apply for Schengan or any other visa by post, do you have to send your ILR card with the passport or they accept a photocopy? Anyone who has experienced any of the two issues please post and guide.
Regards
M
