TIER - 1 - Age Clarification please

Dear All ,

I am planning to apply for my Tier 1 General Extension ...

My first tier 1 general application date is 02.03.2011

My date of birth is 23.06.1981

If need to put the age at the time of first tier 1 application either i need to put 29 or 30 years

please help me out on this ... i am little confused on age calculation

at the time of application on 02 mar 2011 you were 29 years 8 months so you should put 29.
