Hello

My name is Abby and i came to UK with my Ex wife ( EEA national from Czech rep ) on Jan 3 2008 with 6month EEA permit issued in Prague Czech in December 2007.

I started working 2weeks after i came to UK in January 2008 and i applied for my Residence card April 2008.I did not heard anything from the Home office until January 2009 in which they confirm to me that i have been issued a 1yr residence base on the WRS as at that time but i never receive my passport as it was pronounce lost on transit anyway,i was asked to get a new passport from my country Embassy and my EX as well.I eventually got a new passport back September 2009 and i sent it back to them as required.I was issued 5yrs residence instead November 2009.

My Relationship with my EEA national broke out immediately after our holiday in Prague Dec 2009/Jan 2010 well we both decided to make things work which it never happen and we both decided to end the marriage which i applied for the divorce in Prague in Sep 2010 and we both appear in court and it was finish the same day on Nov 2010.

My marriage with my EEA national lasted for 3yrs and 8months and we both lived together in the UK for more 2yrs which i still have a proves from her payslips and few more things.I have not inform the HO yet about my divorce with my EEA national because i do not know what else to be doneand i have tried in so many ways to get information from the Home office website but nothing.I have been working in this country since 2008 without a break at all and i dont know maybe i should apply for ILR now base on retain of rights or wait till January when i will be 5yrs legally residing in the UK
