I write to you asking your advice on my case. I came to UK on 5 January 2008 on 6 month Religious worker visa valid until 20 June 2008. Then I got extension as Minister of religion from 07 October 2008 until 07 April 2009.
On 6 April 2009 I applied for extension as Tier 2 Minister Of Religion and it was refused on 24 April 2009 because my sponsor did not have a licence.
Then I requested Adminstrative Review on 06 May 2009 for Tier 2 Minister of Religion but again got a refusal on 01 April 2009
The UKBA sent me a letter on 2 July 2009 saying that I should re apply a fresh application when I have a sponsor who hold a licence
I do have a sponsor now who is ready to sponsor me and holds a licence.. Should I apply for extension.... would the UKBA consider my case as I have many support reference letters from people who have appreciated my volunteer service I provided since 2009 and got free accomodation and food by the sikh Temple
Can you pls guide me whether I should apply under Humanitarian grounds??
