Online app: not national of English speaking but require ID?

I completed the online application form for Tier 2 Visa and just before making the payment there is this checklist page showing all the required documents which need to be selected in order to proceed.

One of which is the following.

"Evidence that you are a national of a majority English speaking country. One of the following documents must be submitted."

However I am not from a English Speaking country and in nowhere in the application form indicated that I am.

But in the checklist it still requires me to provide it ?

Has anyone encountered this before? Please could anyone advice me on this I would be very grateful!!

Sorry I meant Im not from a English Speaking Country and did not tick the box, but the system shows that I need to provide Evidence that I am a national of English Speaking Country?
