Tier 2 extension - Successful application at Croydon

Post by palaremzi » Thu Aug 09, 2012 11:49 pm

Paid some extra £ for a premium application, but worth every penny. No hassle, no waiting, no uncertainty, no anxiety. Received the biometric cards this morning--1.5 days after we got out of the building. 2 yrs to ILR.

Congrates on your extension. Could you please let me know what documents you have submitted for your extension?

I would highly appreciate your reply.

The extension application does not require any docs apart from the application form, police registration, passport photos and passports. Those were the docs that I submitted to the caseworker, but I told him if he needed additional documents, I am prepared to present. The caseworker did not ask for anything else.

I was indeed well prepared. I had a dossier pretty much full of every document that I accumulated so far, P-60s, payslips, employment conract, bank statements, PhD diploma from US, marriage certificate, credit card statements showing wife's name, child's creche letters, utility bills and so on. I made a habit of filing such documents as they arrived, which made my life easy when preparing for an application like this.
