Adress query while filing the application form

I don't remember the exact dates what i filled in my initial tier 1 application for my address where i stayed as i have changed my house 3 times during the past years.. while filing my application during my extension is that a problem as probaly i will have to give the details of all the address i stayed along with when i moved in and when i moved out...please help

the dates need not be exact...you can provide approximat dates..UKBA is not fussy about that...
