Dependent Visa for ILR

Post by ritswaney » Fri Aug 10, 2012 12:18 am

I was on a Tier 1 Visa and my wife has a dependant visa on that.
However i recently got my ILR, but since she has not been in the UK for 2 years, I could not apply for her ILR.

Now do I need to apply for her using FLR(M) or FLR(O)
Any recent applicants or Senior Members - can you please advise ?

hey ritswaney,

If she has not been in for 2 years i think the general advice was to go for FLR(M) after your ILR.

However some members have mentioned in posts that they were asked to fill in flr(o) rather than flr(m). Can anyone confirm the correct route please? Also can I use the settlement checking service for this or is that only when spouse is eligible for ilr?
