Unless you have pure motive of taking revenge I don’t think you have any business with her now. She doesn’t need your permission nor come to you nor need anything from you if she decided to extend her visa in here.

Well top of that she knows well about you and i don’t know your immigration history but she can do same thing for you when you apply to your visa. eg like false accusation and even a petition on your immigration history and if something happened like that if will have negative impact on your records. So think about that before act as it might have some adverse impact on you.
By the way I am not her new boy friend!!!!!!!!!! if you suspect me .

What is your worry?
You have informed UKBA. You are not supporting her application. That is all you can and should do.
What application she makes to UKBA, and if and what status they grant her is between UKBA and her.
