My appt will be second week of September but my employment letter arrived carrying the 5 of August which mean on the app day it will be around a month and 7 days old, is this ok??

Where is the requirement of the so called "employment letter"?

Can you first find out where is this requirement mentioned, post the info here and then ask a question.

let's make it a bit clear, on Set M and in documents section, you are required to provide evidence of finance and this could be pay slips and or bank statement, I have these but also asked employer to issue a letter confirming my employment and package which they did and dated this today 10/08 now if my appt is 20/09 is this letter still valid? we know that HO will only consider documents withing the range of one month old.

And I am saying, that they do not need any such letters. They do not set expiry date on a document they do not ask for.
