confusion

Dear friends
i have some doubts...if anyone can help me what should i do?
1st visa i got on 25/09/2008
came to uk on 21/01/2009
extension got from 25/09/2011 till 25/09/2013
although i went three times as follows
1st - 15 days
2nd 10 days
3rd 15 days
i want to know i have to go for extension or PR direct.
coz i came in beginning and short of 3 months and 25 days.

You have to make an extension first and then you are eligible for ILR no earlier than 25 DEC 2013.
