Tier2 ICT to Tier 2 General

Hi
My first visa was granted in category Tier 2(Established staff) in June 2010
Then I extended this in July 2011 in UK itself.
Now my biometric card says Tier 2 ICT long Term valid till July 2013
Can I switch into Tier 2 General - Within UK?
