SET(o) or FLR(M) Form for Dependent?

Post by welcome_2002in » Sat Aug 11, 2012 1:55 pm

Hi,

I have completed 5 years in UK and I am eligible to apply ILR, my ILR is due in September 2012 and filling the form SET(o) but I am not able to understand which form I need to fill up for my dependents? I have folloing two questionss:
1) My wife and son(now 6 yrs old) came in UK as a dependent in 19-April-2008 and went back to India in 01 May 2010 and came to UK again in 19-May 2011 since then they are in UK, so they have been in UK for 3.5 years but it is not Continuous (1 year 1 week gap), I am applying for ILR in sepetember 2012 by that time they will be completing around 1.5 years Continuous but the application form says dependents should have completed 2 years Continuous before applying ILR. so my question is if I consider the whole period from 2008 to 2012 then they have spent 3.5 years but If I consider from 19may2011 then they have spent only 1.5 years so should I add then in SET(o) form or they should fill up FLR(M) form?
2) My daughter is 1.5 year old born in India, should I add her name in SET(o) form as a dependent or fill up the FLR(M) form ?
Please give me an advice....

Kind Regards
Vish
