ILR SET (O) & FLR (M) application at the same time??

Dear all,
I'm currently in Tier 1 visa and I will be qualify for settlement by the end of this month (Aug 2012). However, my wife is not qualifing for ILR on the same time, because she has completed only 20 months within UK by the end of this month and her visa is about to expire at the end of Sept 2012.

According to the UKBA website, I have to apply with SET (O) application and my wife has to apply with FLR (M) application.

As our visa expires on the same day, can we both apply together OR do I have to apply first prior to my wife's FLR (M) application???

Please provide your answer urgently!! Thanks in advance.

you can do so but book an appt for a different time same day.

i am in the same boat but i will be posting my wife's docs after i get my ILR inshallah as i ain't in a rush plus it will cost less for postal application
