Tier1 General Extension Application

Hi All

Thanks to this Forum ....

I am going for Tier1 Extension in end of Sep/12.

I am Just started trying to fill up my TIER1 extension application form and not sure with the following questions, I am sorry if this has all ready been discussed

I would really appreciate your help in this regard.

In my 12 months(Sep 01/2011 to Aug 31/2012) I have worked for 2 Employers, I have two Questions:

1. question on "J4" :

Employer "1" : Sep 01/11 to Nov 18/11 (Nov18th Last Day with 1st employer)

Employer "2" : Nov 21/11 to Aug31/12 (Joined with employer "2" on Nov21 2011)

I Have two Days Gap (i.e Nov 19th (sat),20th(sun) of 2011) .So in Q"J4" Should I mention the Start and End dates separately or Bundle together

a. Sep 01/2011 to Aug 31/2012 OR

b. Sep 01/11 to Nov 18/11 and Nov 21/11 to Aug31/12


2.So another Question on Payslips:

I have 13 Payslips((Sep 01/2011 to Aug 31/2012) i.e : 2 payslips during the month of Nov/11

employer 1 : Nov 1st to Nov 18th Pay
employer 2: Nov 21 to Nov 30th Pay .

13 payslips any problem ?? Please advise me with your comments ......

Q:1 mention both the dates separately

job A: start date (Joining Date) to End date( resignation date)

Job B start date(should be mention in appointment letter ) to up to date

Theoretically you have 13 pay slips but logically they should count as 12 month as per your info. November salary paid half by Job A and half by Job B.

so count the amount on both pay slip and use it as one and staple both payslip together.

as you are going for PEO so no issue, if CW ask just explain what I explain to you.

Thank you very much for your response

Q1: I will Provide my Exp. letters along with my Payslips from two of my Employers.

Employer 1 exp Letter stated my start/end date and Designation
Employer 2 exp letter my start date,designation,Nature of Job(permanent) and location

Q2: I will do the same As you have suggested .

I guess the above should be fine ?

yes dear, if you follow above dates, you wont face any issues.
