10 yrs long resident applicants - Dependent

Post by shah_uk » Sun Aug 12, 2012 5:47 pm

Hi

I am living in UK for about 10 years, my current visa status is TIER 1 General. I am going to apply for ILR in the ground of 10 years long residency. My wife is living with me in UK since July 2011 and her visa (Tier 1 General Dependent) will expire in May 2014. My questions are, if I got the ILR

1. Can my wife also apply for the ILR once she has completed her 2 years stay in UK which is on July 2013?
2. If she can, in what application she needs to apply?

I will appreciate if you can provide me a suggestion for the above.

Thank You

I am looking for the same answer. I am not sure whether my wife can apply with me or not? I think she will have to complete two years before she can apply.
