Ilr Set(M) Next Year But Getting Low On Documents, Confused

Hi Everybody

I will be applying for ILR through SET(M) next year in Nov 2013, and have few questions so I can prepare everything well in advance.

1. I have only one document (joint account statement) from Santander having mine and my wife's name on it, but we lost it while moving to a new place, we have ordered it again but the issue is it has our new address on it? will that be a problem
2. I have Lloyds statement on my name (both savings & current account) but same issue like Number 1. will that be a problem?
3. She has her sole account statements all in order with old and new addresses covering the period since my visa was issued.
4. I have lloyds credit card statements all in order with old and new addresses covering the period since my visa was issued.
5. I have original orange mobile bills for last 3 months and copies from internet for the rest. will that be a problem
6. She has original T mobile bills for 1st 2 months and copies from internet for the rest, will that be a problem?
7. We both have Medical cards sent to us from NHS, but only from last 2 months,as we didnt change GP for our last address
8. We both have our driving licence with counter parts but only from last 2 months, as we didnt change them earlier for our last address
9. I Have pay slips and P60 since start until todate.
10. she has her payslips but she has her work address on them, but she can get a letter from employer confirming our home address.
11. We have tenancy agreement from our land lord in both our names, its her brother whom we are renting and rent includes everything so we dont have any council tax letters, electric gas water etc bills,
12. I have santander account in my name all statements since visa was issued till todate.
13. We both have Government Gateway Letters, addressed individually to same address.
14. I have littlewoods statements for last 5 months.
15. I have one refusal letter from Barclays cards.
15. I still have to take life in UK test, would you recommend to wait until new life in UK test is enforced or should I just take it now, though I have to apply for ILR next year in Nov.
16. Also if I travel outside UK alone (not with my partner) for business/family visits, will that create a problem for ILR application? if not how frequent can I travel?
please I need advice if the above documents suffice the requirement of cohabitation (so I can keep collecting these documents) or should I apply for FLR (M) again or would you recommend to arrange any extra documents (hints will be really appreciated)
