Hi guys, I would appreciate any help you can give me here, as Im getting a little concerned about a few things;
I am English, my wife American, and we have been living in married in England for over three years now, and have two young boys, which she is a full time mother to, while I work. - After a holiday to the USA to see her family and friends, we have decided to live in America from here on out.
Firstly, we are in no mega rush (want to spend one last Christmas in England) so Ive been looking into the i-130... upon reading further down the 'requirements' page for my wife to fill out her Affidavit of Support, she needs to provide a residential address, and also proof of a fixed income. - Obviously, having lived in England for the last three years, we have no fixed residence in the USA, nor does she have a fixed income (due to being here, and being a full time mum) though I have a reasonable amount of savings in our bank. - Will this be a problem?? Has this ever been a problem for people before??
Also, would people recommend going the K3 route over the IR1 route, or vise-versa?
In short - will my American wife having no fixed address or income due to being a full time mum, based with me in England for the last 3 years, have any effect on her Affidavit of Support?
And would people recommend a K3 over a IR1 or vise versa considering our situation?
Thank you in advance!!
