Hi there,

I am Holding Tier1 PSW dependent visa up to 10/10/2012. My company willing to sponsor Tier2 visa (Now company processing the RLMT and Company Registered with the UKBA A rated sponsor)

1. If I get Sponsor from my company Can I apply Tier2 general visa from inside UK? Without going back my home country?

If No

2. Whether I need to resign current employment in UK and back to India for apply Tier 2 general visa?

3. If I apply from India for Tier2 General, What documents I need to submit to UKBA?

4. My current visa mention that Limited leave to remain in the UK, Could you please explain what is Limited leave to remain in the UK?

If you have current leave as PSW and are switching to Tier 2 General the sponsoring company doesn't have to do a RLMT.
1 yes, yes
4. limited simply means that the leave will only be for a limited time.

The above would only apply if you were on PSW leave. I overlooked what you said in your post that you are actually in the UK as a PBS Dependant. In this case diferent rules apply.
