Post by lilla » Mon Aug 13, 2012 3:57 pm

I'm filling in my application form now but accidentally signed on the border.(just a tiny bit). I'm just wondering would it affect my application in anyway?

Thanks for the help

It would be great if you can help me with one more issue and that is
Can a flight attendant be my referee? Or doctor? I saw from the previous post that doctor can still sign the form but I just need to be sure as that topic was posted long time ago.
Thank you

Doctor is fine (needs to have a valid British passport).

What about a flight attendant? I think it will be hard for me to get a doctor to sign the form as I rarely go to see a doctor.

I don't think so. Well, technically, anyone who has known you for two years, currently lives in the UK, and holds a UK passport can sign, but ideally they should be a professional or a person of standing in the community. it If in doubt, call IPS and ask.

I'd just try and get the doctor to do it if possible.
