Entrepreneur dependant- urgent

Hello Everybody,

I am new to this forum. Please excuse me if this question has been asked before.

My husband is in the UK under the Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and has currently started an internet company and has hired one programmer.

I am applying for the Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependant (Partner) visa from India.

In the online application, I am confused about two questions and the supporting documents it asks to submit.

1) What job or employment is your sponsor doing in the UK or going to do in the UK?
(Please give their full job title. Please provide full and current, independent and verifiable documentary evidence to support this.)

----I dont quite understand Q1 above as entrepreneurs will be running their own company and not be in a Job, ofcourse they are employed by their own company as employee, but they are the director too.

Please suggest what documentary Proof one can submit in this regard//

2) Name of company where your sponsor is working/will work?
(Please provide details as requested.)

---- Again for Q2 I dont know the answer but I think it will be the name of the company he has founded and is running.


It would be very kind if someone can guide me through this.
