PSW Maintenance Fund - HELP HELP !!

Hi guys,

My friend applid for PSW visa (almost 5 months ago) and then she realized she went down the minimum fund for 3-4 days (less than £20) , she revieved an email today from HO to provide supporting documents like another bank account for that period but she only has one, Now the question is how should she reply to this email and are they going to give her the right of appeal ? I heard they reconsider applications if the problem is just for a very short period and a short amount.

"Applicants in the United Kingdom seeking further leave to remain must have at least £800 of personal savings which must have been held for a consecutive 90 day period before the date of application." If UKBA ask for statement they will ask only that period not new period. So she need to resent the statement only that period only. She does not need to maintain after application made. have a look Tier 1 (Post-study work) guidance.

Sorry maybe i wasnt clear enough, in that specific 3 months periood she is couple of days less than £800 not after that. She didn't know until she got the copy of the bank statements and she couldn't wait and send later to make up that time as her visa would be expired.

she need to explain why its was down. As point based application it will refused but she will get apple right.

Tell your friend to go to any UKBA enquiry office and ask to speak to the DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS or the HIGHEST AUTHORITY IN THE BUILDING, not just anybody. They are human beings like us FFS!!!
Your friend needs to be bold and be ready to give sensible reasons why she should be considered. Rules are made to be broken they say.....
