Any experiences of applying 4 PR after retaining the right??

hi all,

I was married to an EEA national and now divorced and retained my right of residence so i was just wondering if there are any experiences of people in my situation and their PR applications, what does the HO request as documents, are there any complications?

I would also like to understand if applying for the PR comes after the expiry of the RC they issues or is it upon completion of the 5 years since moving to the uk?
