do i qualify for ilr

hi all, i am due to apply ilr in dec 2012.

> in last 5 years i have been outside uk for 179 days (paid leave) - do i need to submit any proof from employer to support this
> i only have bank statements to prove cohad for past 2 years
>i have all other evidence to support

will i be eligible for ilr ?

well you will be eligible for provided you follow below for the safe side. In these sort of work dont take risk or chances and this is once and for all. So better be prepared.

Its always better to provide evidence for 179 days as its just below what their limit is and you have a legitimate reason. So why not let them know with proof ?

well you do need more than bank statements. I would say at least 3. e g Utility bills, council tax and tenancy agreement
