Hi All,

I have few queries about ILR Application please help me out with those

I was granted HSMP in Sept 2007 and Entry Clearance on 4/12/07 .I traveled to UK on 8/1/08.
In Nov 2009 I was granted extension for 3 years in Category Tier 1 General which is going to expire on 4th of Dec 2012.

I have four dependents, I have applied their Entry Clearance in Aug 2009 they came to UK in Sept 2009.Their visas were extended with my application in Nov 2009 for 3 years as Tier 1 dependent and going to expire on 4th of Dec 2012.My dependents have not left uk since then.

I have traveled back home on three occasions for one week and once for 5 weeks,altogether 8 weeks

My Passport is going to expire on 4th of Nov 2012 and my dependents Passports due for renewal in Jan 2013.

My queries are

Do I qualify for ILR or I need to apply for extension as lived in Uk less then 5 years
Do my dependents qualify for ILR?
Do I need renewal of passports prior to application?
