I have an upcoming PEO appointment in Croydon (in about a month), and in the last few weeks leading up to now I have become a nervous wreck despite reading countless posts on here and speaking to loads of people! It doesn't help that it's not very easy (or cost-efficient) to call 08706067766. I suppose each person has a different situation and I'm hoping one of you may be able to relate to mine.
I have been the sole director of a limited company since 9 months ago, prior to that I was an employee of a multinational company.
I have some questions please that I hope you can kindly help with:
(1) Should I be employed or self-employed for the purpose of this application form?
(2) When declaring earnings, should I only count my dividends and salary, or should I also include company net profits? If I count dividends, should I include the tax credit of 10%?
(3) I have re-scheduled my appointment a couple of times. Despite having re-scheduled, I am still receiving text reminders about my cancelled appointments! Anybody with the same issues? I keep trying to call them to verify but it's impossible to get through.
(4) When did they start using BRP for Tier 1 visas? Mine is still a vignette even though it's been valid from 15 December 2010. Presumably I'm not meant to have one then? My concern is that I'd been issued one without knowing (I applied from abroad then) and never received it.
