Tier2 General applying from India, Urgent

I am Holding Tier1 PSW Dependent visa up to 10/10/2012. My company willing to sponsor Tier2 visa (Company Registered with the UKBA A rated sponsor)

I can’t apply with in UK and have to go India then I can apply Tier2 General.

Is it required RMLT test to tier 2 visa for retain the existing employees.
Now Undergo RMLT processing.

1. My employer requested me for applying the same job thru Job Center plus is it right process?
2. Employer said once we get Restricted COS, I have to resign the UK job and apply visa from India is it right?
3. If I apply from India, What documents I need to submit for my Tier2 General visa, Can I submit my last 12 month pay slip with my old appointment letter (same company) and new appointment letter is it right process?

This is a Tier 2 application with a restricted COS; your old pay slips are not relevant, nor is the fact that you worked there previously.

As a PBS Dependant you cannot switch to T2G in-country. You must apply for entry clearance from abroad once your sponsor assigned a restricted CoS to you. Information and application forms (VAF9 + Appendix 5) are here together with what documents you will need to submit. Payslips and employer's letters are not required:

The sponsor will have to carry out a RLMT and you cannot apply through Jobcentre. For the current requirements regarding level of job, salary, maintenance, English, etc. see the T2 Policy Guidance:

Presumably for some reason you cannot extend your dependant visa which would be the easiest way to continue working for your current employer.
