Urgent Treatment and Allocation of Restricted CoS

Post by Shamino » Wed Aug 15, 2012 10:32 am

Hi all

I just had a talk with my employer who mentioned that the UKBA will be treating their employer sponsorship licence with urgent treatment.

If everything is done correctly, they would be enter the list of registered employers that are able to sponsor migrants outside the EU

Would this mean that my employer would have to wait until the UKBA issues the restricted CoS on the 5th of next month?

thanks :)

The employer would first of all need to have a sponsor licence and once they have it they can then apply for a restricted CoS allocation. If their application is received by the 5th of the month the decision is made on the 11th.

Thanks Manci

I thought that might be the case

It looks like once they got the sponsorship licence they would go online to apply for the restricted CoS.

From what I've read if they apply for the restricted CoS before the 25th of each month, it should be allocated on the 11th?
