What visa can child born outside uk apply

Hi All,

Thanks for informative discussion on Board.

Can someone help me with my questions please.

I am a British National my child born outside uk during my status of ILR AND also child born outside uk before ILR status, presently living outside uk but lived in uk for 3 years and 4 months.

Q) which visa they have to apply from india as my children and wife visa got expired as my dependant last year ?

Q) Can my children born during my status ILR APPLY FOR ILR OR BC dependant ?

Q) what would be my wife status keeping in mind she lived in uk for more
than 3 years as tier 1 dependant but away from uk for 1 year now and
visa got expired ?

Please provide me detail suggestion on this matter as it is bit complicated.

I have access for that link already, I was expecting in detail suggestion in regards to spouse application who lived in uk for more than 3 years on tier 1 general dependant and children as dependant, but now living in india for 1 year and dependant visa got expired.

My status as changed to ILR/BC IS THERE ANY WAY TO APPLY FOR CHILDREN GETTING BORN IN INDIA NOW AND SPOUSE FOR ILR????
INSTEAD APPLY FOR DEPENDANT AGAIN.???/

Please anyone reply in detail suggestion on this.

1. Entry clearance as spouse and child of settled person / British citizen.
2. No.
3. That she lived in the UK earlier has no effect on a new application because her (earlier) leave has already expired and cannot be taken into any consideration.
4. Your born-abroad child(ren) may be eligible for registration as British citizen when you apply for naturalisation. Such application cannot be made from outside the UK hence your child(ren) will need to first enter UK with appropriate entry clearance (point 1 above).
