NQF 6 for new tier2 applicants

Hi All,
as you may know some rules changes in June 14th this year whereby NQF level 6 jobs can only apply for tier 2 general for application received after that date

I am currently in a process of applying and can take up to 2-3 month from now as my employer is requesting sponsor license first.

how often do they review the jobs? i am worried that by the time i apply they may review it again and rate my job as lower NQF but i am not sure if that is possible

well i have seen the list and should say i know my job is currently NQF 6 however do not know how often the review the list

so was asking would you guys think by the time i apply which could be 2-4 month from now would you think they would revised the NQF document which could mean that they may rate my job as lower NQF
can they at all downrate a job from NQF 6 to NQF 5 or lower?


in simpler word, i am asking would UKBA make any changes that could impact me that makes me not qualify which i currently do qualify
changes such as raising the NQF 6 level further up for new applicants or lowering the NQF of my job
