Urgent - Tier 1 entrepreneur Visa questions

My wife is student here in UK and planning to apply for tier 1 entrepreneur Visa. As part of this could you please clarify the below questions.


200k funds questions:

1) Can my wife show the funds in UK based Third Party bank account
2) Can my wife show funds available in her brother-in-law business account.

90 days Maintenance funds questions:

1) Can she show some part of 90days funds here in UK based bank account and some funds are in India based joint account ( on her name and her husband name) - to meet 900 pounds requirement.

In above scenarios she can confirm that she can able to submit the following documentation while applying for Visa.

1) UK based Third party's personal / Saving account Bank statement , Letter from UK Bank, Letter from Solicitor.
2) UK based Third party's business account Bank statement , Letter from UK business account Bank, Letter from Solicitor.
3) My wife can able to get a Letter from India bank about 3 months maintenance.


Could you please clarify above said two points at the earliest.
