I'm planning to go for same day. can you please advise if I need covering letter for same day???

there is no harm, its better to have a cover letter and also salary or income break down as CW some time go with facts and paperwork.

They dont bother you each time to explain.

Yes!

To support the case, when BRP result/IT issue occur and case worker asks you to leave documents, go home and wait for the outcome.
