Could you please also help me with the query as mentioned below?

1- I am applying for visitor visa for Canada, I am Uk resident and have valid visa till 2016 . My brother is in Canada and he is sponsoring me. Is there any specific requirement of sponsor salary? I was reading about low income cut off requirement and got confused now.

My brother is doing normal job and earning between 23000-25000$ annually, i have his bank statement, letter of employment and invitation letter

2- invitation letter - states that he will bear all my expenses during stay and accomodation, if there is any salary requirement then they might reject it. I have really strong bank statement as a application. would that be plus point or should i mention somewhere that i will bear all my expenses except accomodation?

3- Does applicants need to send his payslips along with application or bank statement along with employment letter would be enough?
