Applying from India...PSW expired

Hi

My PSW visa expires on 10th Sept. and I plan to apply for the Entrepreneur Visa in Oct as I need to organise the £200k funds from third party. Will It be ok and can I still apply? I will be arranging all the third-party documents with the bank letter....just wanted to make sure if its ok to apply tht late afte my current visa expires.

You should have continued in your original thread.

Given you are applying outside the UK, you are making a general Tier 1 (Ent) application that has to meet all of the requirements and has none of the concessions afforded to an application made from inside the UK by a PSW or Tier 4 migrant. You can apply any time you wish as the application is not connected to you having extant leave.

I am meeting all the requirements....will show some funds in my account in UK and the rest of them in India (third-party). Hope this works!
