Hi

I had applied for Tier 4 Student Visa. I had given biometrics and was waiting for response.
I changed my application to Tier 1 Entrepreneur with my brother. He received his biometric letter within a week.

Now, my question is that since I have not received the letter for one month (But i have received confirmation of their receiving my application), so what does it mean?
Do I need to give biometrics again for this application or will they just use my old biometrics?
Or the reason for taking it that long(1 month) is that they are switching my application?
