reagrding entrepreneur visa

hi guys will anyone please help regarding my issues please
(iam on PSW visa and iam planning to apply for entrepreneur visa)

1)we should already be in a graduate level job before applying entrepreneur visa?
and
2)In the 3 months span of time before appying entrepreneur visa is necessary to show we have a successful business or else is it ok if we just show that we have just started business and got 1 or 2 contracts(bcoz iam from IT field).

Hi Chary,
1. You can designate yourself from one of the level 4 or 6 occupations once you started the company.
2. You should have started your company (or Self employment) with in 3 months before you apply for visa. You should show 1 or more contracts to show your business is started and it is actively engaged in business. It does not matter what type of contract it is, but your role in the business must meet the requirement of level 4 occupation.
I suggest you please download the policy guidance document and make print out go through it thoroughly before starting any documentation.
