MN1 registration- NCS documents required

I have appointment with NCS on Monday for my son's registration. I am planning to carry below documents with me. 1.Two passports of my son covering entire period of stay in UK
2. Parent's passports
3. Parent's Biometric cards showing Indefinite leave to remain
4. Birth certificate ( born in UK )
5. Completed application form

Do I need to carry anything else?
