Is it possible Sponsor can declare fund maintenance in Restricted COS to main applicant + 2 dependents for Tier2 General visa applying from outside UK?

Yes, When your Sponsor (A rated) ticks " Yes" for maintenace fund on a Tier 2 CoS, It means that they are automatically certifying maintenance for both the migrant and their dependents for Tier 2.

If Your sponsor do not wish to certify maintenance for migrant’s dependents. They must add a ‘sponsor note’ to the CoS, stating they sponsor only migrant and not dependant.

If your Sponsor ticks "No" for maintenace fund on a Tier 2 CoS, then You and your dependants need to show maintenance fund.
