What is IS151A, APP104 and Deportation Order?

Post by drkooper » Sat Aug 18, 2012 12:43 am

I am filling out an online application for my student wife. She is currently here in UK on student visa. Her college closed down and she has been asked by UKBA to leave the country by 21st September.
She will be leaving the country by the end of this month and applying for a Tier 1 dependant visa from her home country.
While filling out the online application form I came across one question that I have difficulty in answering. It is .....

You stated that you had been been deported‚ removed or otherwise required to leave the UK.

when was the notice served to you?

What type of notice was it
a)IS151A,
b) APP104
c)Deportation Order?

So my question is what option should I select as I have gone through the letter sent by UKBA and it does not mention any of the above mentioned terms.

Any help would be appreciated?

Regards
A

how did UKBA informed her to leave, throught any letter or by email ??

you should see any ref number or form number on the letter.

if you cant find any details then

1. call ukbe for further info
2. do you have any option like other reason ?

Thanks
Kind Regard,
A.Khan
