Tier 2 dependent visa renewal

Please help me as I am confused. I had Tier 2 general visa based on which my wife got visa Tier 2 dependent valid till May 2014. Now I have changed job, got a new COS and will b applying for Tier 2 visa again with new COS. Do I need to apply for my wife visa as well?
