hello all..

I am going to apply my entrepreneur team visa on Thursday i need a quick

help if somebody can . i have 55k in my account and my friend only has 8k

in his .. will there be with any problem we both also has same qualification

with same university .

Are you asking if there will be any problems with the money or the application in general?

Yeah exactly sorry i did in hurry and didn't realize the miss typed word .

actually i have all the required funds in my account will i need a joint account

with him or just a letter from bank stating the required funds in my account

and then affidavit through solicitor with signatures of mine and his..

In your account is fine - no need for money to be held jointly. But you will need to provide your partner with the appropriate paperwork allowing him access that money (as detailed in the guidance).

thanks mate could you also help me with just one more point which is really

confusing and still hasn't been answered confidently is can the family member of an applicant in UK i.e uncle can sponsor if he has the required money in is his account . my couple of friends had their sponsors from UK and i am not sure what will be the outcome of their applications .as i also have read the guidance where it say points will not be awarded and account must be in applicants name but its still very confusing as lots of consultants are saying that anybody within UK can sponsor the applicant through proper documents.
