Spouse Online Visa Application from Pakistan Query

Hello All,

I was just trying the apply online for my wife spouse visa but the guidelines available seems to be very poor or unclear.

I am currently an Indefinite Visa Holder.
I need to know what selections do I need to make in the first screen of the Online Visa Application process.

I think the following selection is correct one

Please select one of the following options:
3.All Tier 1,2,4 and 5 (PBS Work and Study) Settlement and EEA family Permit ->
Country of Nationality
PAKISTAN ->
Type of Visa
Other ->
Purpose of Application
EEA/Swiss Family Member ->
Type of Application
Family Member of an EEA National

Please let me know if this is the right selection for my Spouse Visa Application?

Has no one applied for their spouse from Pakistan since April 2012?

Any thoughts are welcome.

Actually I applied on paper based application so the form is a bit different.It would be better if u can ask some one who applied after 1st of May coz they made it mandatory to apply online after that
