Using funds for business before visa approved

Hi all,
I have applied for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa in June. I have shown all my funds with in the UK. Currently my business is active and it needs working capital.
My query is that whether I can use the funds for my business from 50k I have shown for visa application requirement?
Im in fear to touch that funds because it may be problem If UKBA enquire with my bank after I have transferred some of those funds to my business account.
Can u all please give your idea.

JUST GET AN UP TO DATE STATEMENT AND USE UR MONEY. UKBA CAN NOT ACCESS YOUR CURRENT BALANCE ANYWAY.

If you Read the Page where you sign you will come to know what i am talking about. and Mr sameer for your kind information what i said is true. UKBA can check your personal data ie, name date of birth , account opening date. but not current balance because when you sign this document you give permission to verify the piece of evidence you have provided is genuine and thats it.

If you have some documented evidence then first show and then talk other wise stay keep quiet .
everyone here is in a learning process.By the way you mentioned you as a consultant are you a lawyer/oisc immigration advisor.

I agree with you. UKBA can only verify the document submitted to them. They can't have any ongoing checks on your account.

You can use your funds for the business. But there is a certain way of doing this. You should invest funds in your business in the form of share capital. Then you can use these funds for business purposes. UKBA can not have any objection if you use funds this way.

I hope it explains the suituation.

Mr. I will give u the same advise. in your 1st post you had indirectly challenge my reply. if you did,nt like or some how was,nt agree then you should have expressed your own view and thats it.

As you said , i am seeking help from this forum , for your kind information it was my very close friend who was just wondering and bi confuse so he put up the question.

If you notice i only reply few posts coz i do,nt get much time but i have time i give advise to others now if someone is disagree thats his own choice.

You said if i have any document as proof. my dear i do,nt need provide any proof as i am not bound however i have provided the ref. which you can find easily.
