Refuses your visa?

Do you mean they refused the visa under 245c? If they did, then how did you manage to come to UK?

Hi

I had dependent visas since sep 2006 till sep 2011 and after five year i become eligible for ILR and now i am on ILR.

So when you had a visa from 2006 to 2011, what were you applying in India in 2009?
