Can anyone advise? How to fill SET(O) section 5?

In the case of T1 to ILR, if I own a house by mortgage, should I show them any evidence on this?

I'm going to bring my mortgage contract and house-buying contract with me. Should I also show my bank statement for mortgage repayment as well?

Did anyone encounter a trouble in this section?

You answer the questions that are asked on the form. Owning a house is not relevant to you application.
