Urgent Information needed on FLR (m) spouse visa

Hello,
I was on tier 2 ICT and have been granted ILR very recently.
I could not apply for ILR dependant for my wife as her stay in UK is less than 2 years. Hence I believe the suitable form is FLR (m)

The situation is:
While booking an appointment (premium service) at UKBA, I got only 1 slot, hence I booked the appointment for me and got my ILR.

Is that ok if I book an appointment NOW for my wife to change her visa from tier 2 dependant to spouse visa?

The tier 2 dependant visa for my wife is valid until Sep 2013 but as my visa status has change, does her current visa becomes void?

The rules have now changed in her favor. If she can make her two years before Sept 2103, she does not have to switch using FLR(M). She would apply directly for ILR at that time.

but do you think the tier 2 dependant visa which she is currently on will be valid as my visa status has changed from tier 2 (ict) long term staff to ILR?
