Yes.

You can also leave it blank and have NCS fill it in during the appointment.

Hi Jambo

I would like to know is it ok if i mention in Page 13 of AN Form informing Homeoffice that My house got burglared in 2010 and passport stolen which had my entry in 2006 or just supply Employer letters and P60's and police report to NCS to cover the residental qualifying period from 2007 to 2011.

Thanks

Regards
Jaffar
