SEVIS Reactivation.. I want to know processing time?

Hi, I am on F1 Visa and my OPT has been denied recently. And I have some program requirements to finish so My school has requested the SEVIS to change my status to get back to active state. I want to know How much time it can take? and whats are my options to finish my graduation if its not approved?
