Help! ILR letter from employer

Post by margimargi » Tue Aug 21, 2012 2:36 am

Hi,
I am going to complete 5 years at the end of this month and will be applying for ILR. I have been under Tier2 (general) with same employer.
However, my contract will terminate on a visa expire day and they have given me a letter which just states that I have been worked for complete 5 years.

Can anyone tell me if this letter will satisfy the visa requirements?

Thanks.

Hi

Unfortunately the letter what you've got from your employer will not be accepted by the UKBA for your ILR application. You need to read point 11B from the set (O) form which will clearly tells you that what are the requirements you need to fullfill when you're taking letter from your ILR application and there's a quite good employer letter format available most commonly used by many of the members of this forum.

Check the above link for your employer letter format.

Hopefully this will answer your question.

Please do kindly share your PEO Experience with us on the forum.

Good luck for your ILR.
