Could payslips be used as evidence for paid annual leave?

Post by mythbust » Tue Aug 21, 2012 12:35 pm

I got several employers in the past years, and it's unlikely to have them all sign on my absences list.

Does anyone know if PEO accepts payslips as evidence for paid annual leave? That could be quite easier.

There is no requirement for evidence of paid annual leave unless you have absences that go over the allowed threshold during your ILR residence period. You can list the absences in either the space provided in the SET(O) application form or on seperate sheets if required.

If you have gone over the threshold, then you can use letters from your employer(s) to justify the absences if they were business/work related.
